A clear and close process for you to recover your connection and well-being.

Steps to Follow

The first step is to write to me through the medium that is most comfortable for you. You can send me a message via WhatsApp or fill out the contact form and I will respond as soon as possible.

By message we will find a time that works for all of us to make a call of 20-30 minutes. It is important that you can be in a quiet place without noise. We will get to know each other, talk about what you need, I will explain how I work, how I can help you and you can resolve all the questions you have.

We will discuss in detail your needs and therapy goals (even if they are not exactly the same for each one) to establish together a treatment plan.

From then on, our regular sessions will begin, we will work to improve your relationship and I will accompany you throughout the process to guide and help you.

Therapy Details

Format

Sessions are conducted ONLINE via video call. There are two options:

  • The comfortable way: on platforms like Google Meet.
  • The secure way: with the PSYPOCKET platform that protects data and is recommended by the COP (requires prior registration).

Sessions

The frequency will initially be weekly. Throughout the process it may vary depending on the stage of therapy and your needs.

Approach

My approach to psychology is individualized. I think each case is unique and I always offer the psychological techniques that best adapt to you and your relationship, backed by science and I constantly review that they fit what is needed at each moment.

Objective

My goal is that after therapy with me you will be able to navigate without help. I will be the guide and support throughout the process, always making sure to offer what you need to achieve it.
