Here you'll find answers to the most common questions before starting couples therapy.
We get to know each other, cover what concerns you, any doubts you have, what you want to improve or work on... I present how I can help you and explain how we will work for the rest of the sessions.
We adapt! Sessions can be on a fixed day and time or we set them at the end of each session and they change if that's what you need.
If both parties have decided to start therapy, it's better that you do. If one of the members does not want to attend, there's no problem. We can start an individual process. In most cases, changes can already be observed in the relationship with the improvement of one of the members and, if over time they become encouraged, they will be more than welcome.
Both are combined as required by the process and I indicate when and how they are carried out. The main focus is always the relationship, but we work on individualized aspects that make it easier for you to work together.
There are two options for video calls:
- The comfortable way: on platforms like Google Meet.
- The secure way: with the PSYPOCKET platform that protects data and is recommended by the COP, but requires prior registration.
You can choose the one you prefer from day one and in both cases they are compatible to connect from various devices, if necessary.
Payments will always be in advance and you must send me the receipt.
You can do it in the way that is most comfortable for you, you have different options: Bizum, bank transfer or Paypal.
